· Absolute exclusivity.
· Event design by a qualified designer with 20 years design experience
· Exclusive event planning program with vision boards, seating plans, guest lists, to do lists and more to help you keep track of the planning process.
· Custom designed table seating, thank you gifts, guest names, menus to suit your theme.
· Decor & garden design.
· Marriage officer (including paperwork).
· Custom invitation design & printing/ laser cutting or custom designed event website.
· Custom designed “Save the Date”.
· 3 Course meal (starter, 3 meats, 2 starches, 2 vegetables, 2 salads, 2 desserts) custom designed to suit your theme.
· Harvest snack table.
· Welcome drinks to suit your theme.
· Juice & water on the tables.
· Flowers/ custom centrepieces for tables and garden.
· Bride & 2 bridesmaids custom designed bouquets, max 6 buttonholes.
· Confetti: rose petals.
· Custom designed decor in your theme.
· All-inclusive garden ceremony or river chapel ceremony with podium, arch and benches.
· Fairy lights in the reception area & outside.
· Reception tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glasses.
· Round, long/ wooden tables & covered/ wooden chairs/ stumps.
· Waiters x 2 & car guard.
· Table linen and chair covers (white/ beige/ black).
· Guesthouse use for getting ready.
· Set up and clean up.
· Professional DJ.
· Coordinator on the day of the event.
· Boma with firewood (we supply 6 bags).
· Overnight accommodation for the couple with breakfast, champagne, chocolates.
· Option of bringing your own drinks.
· A non-refundable R5000 deposit (subtracted from the full amount) & a signed contract is required to book.
