Our all-inclusive coordination package is for the client who has an overall idea of the look & feel they want but who needs someone to conceptualise and coordinate all the different elements or vendors involved to bring their vision to life in a relaxed and memorable way.
This service includes the overall design, styling and coordination of your special occasion. We will be involved from the start of the planning process and will be able to assist with every element from venue selection, event
Package Information
PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
- The above management fee is based on an unlimited number of working hours per function.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required in order to secure our services for your function and the 50% balance is payable14 working days prior to your event.
- All packages exclude transport costs, which is charged separately.
If the function falls within a 50km radius (return) transport fees will not apply, however, thereafter a charge of R4.50/km will be charged separately and included on the final invoice.
- If the function falls outside of the 100km radius accommodation may need to be arranged for the duration of set up and the night of your function.
- No services will be issued for your function until payment has been received in full.
- A charge of R300.00 will apply for the initial consultation meeting with Simply Fabulous Events, however this amount will be deducted from your final invoice should you proceed with our services.
